License Grant
Forward Move grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on devices you own or control. Users may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the application. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access.
Service Integration and Third-Party Platforms
The application may integrate with third-party platforms such as AWS, Apple, and Google. Forward Move ensures these integrations comply with applicable laws but is not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party providers.
Termination
Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you breach its terms. Forward Move reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its discretion. Upon termination, users must cease all use of the application and delete any associated data.

Membership and Fees
Membership to certain services requires payment of annual fees, which are non-refundable. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled at least 10 days prior to the renewal date. Background checks are conducted on applicants, and individuals with certain criminal records may be disqualified.
Usage Limits and Abuse Penalties
Forward Moveās systems, including Safe Link and Active Threat Alerts, have specific usage limits. Abuse of these systems may result in fines and service cancellation. All reports of misuse are reviewed by Forward Moveās legal team.
Service Commitments and Limitations
Forward Move strives to provide uninterrupted service but is not liable for disruptions caused by external factors like network failures or defective devices. Services are offered “as is” without warranties. Users agree to hold Forward Move harmless for delays or failures outside its control.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes are subject to mediation and, if unresolved, binding arbitration in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Forward Move reserves the right to modify these terms, with changes communicated via email or the website.
Liability and Indemnity
Forward Moveās liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the preceding month. Users agree to indemnify Forward Move against claims arising from misuse of the services. Forward Move owns all data collected through its systems and may use it for lawful purposes, including AI-driven analysis and reporting.
Acknowledgment and Consent
By using Forward Moveās services, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the License Agreement. Users also consent to Forward Moveās data practices as outlined in these documents.
