Yes. The Guardian Link system is monitored 24/7 across all plans. Every See Something, Say Something alert is logged and tracked in real time. However, only paid members receive a live callback from a Crisis Response Coordinator. The free plan logs your alert, but won’t initiate a response team.
What happens when I press a Priority Button?
You choose and name your own Priority Buttons during setup. When you tap one—like Safe Link—it activates the system and prompts a call from an Urgent Response Coordinator. If needed, that coordinator can escalate directly to 911 dispatch and law enforcement in real time.
What is the Trusted Circle, and how does it work?
Available only with Response Link and Threat Link, the Trusted Circle connects you with 3 or more people you choose. If any one of you activates an alert, everyone in the circle is instantly notified—complete with your exact location and a chance to respond, assist, or escalate. It's a tight layer of protection, powered by people you trust.
How do we create family groups on Guardian Link?
