MY GUARDIAN LINK™
This Sponsor / Group Admin Acknowledgment applies to any person or organization that creates, manages, pays for, sponsors, administers, invites users to, or otherwise controls a My Guardian Link™ group, sponsor group, referral group, enterprise group, school group, church group, employer group, association group, camp group, youth group, family group, caregiver group, or other organization-based membership group.
By creating, managing, or administering a group, I acknowledge and agree as follows:
I confirm that I am authorized to create, manage, administer, or act on behalf of the group, organization, sponsor, employer, school, church, association, camp, or other entity identified during setup.
I confirm that I have authority to invite users, manage group membership, provide group-related information, and accept these terms on behalf of the group or organization.
I understand and agree that My Guardian Link is not 911, is not a replacement for calling 911 or local emergency services, and is not a police, fire, ambulance, security, medical, or government emergency service.
If a user, trusted contact, parent, guardian, caregiver, employee, member, participant, or administrator can safely call 911 directly, they should do so.
I understand and agree that My Guardian Link does not guarantee:
I understand that My Guardian Link requires a compatible device, cellular data or Wi-Fi, enabled app permissions, location services, adequate battery power, updated software, and properly configured user settings.
I understand that service may fail, delay, or be unavailable due to device settings, weak signal, carrier limitations, internet failure, battery failure, operating system restrictions, app permissions, outages, user error, buildings, basements, rural areas, weather, terrain, congestion, or other conditions outside the control of My Guardian Link.
I am responsible for providing required notices and obtaining all required consents from users, employees, members, participants, parents, legal guardians, caregivers, trusted contacts, emergency contacts, or other individuals invited to or included in the group.
I agree not to add, enroll, invite, or activate any person in a manner that violates applicable law, privacy rights, employment rules, school policies, parental rights, guardianship rights, or consent requirements.
If the group involves a child, minor, student, youth participant, daycare participant, camp participant, church youth participant, school participant, caregiver arrangement, or family account, I understand that proper parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult consent is required.
I agree that My Guardian Link may require additional parent or guardian acknowledgments before a minor account is activated or used.
I understand that trusted contacts and emergency contacts must be invited, notified, and allowed to consent where required.
I agree not to list, upload, or use a trusted contact, emergency contact, caregiver, parent, guardian, employee, or other person without proper authorization or lawful basis.
I am responsible for the accuracy of group information, member rosters, user names, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contact information, billing information, role assignments, and other information submitted through the group account.
I agree to promptly update or remove inaccurate, outdated, unauthorized, or inactive users and contacts.
I agree not to market, describe, advertise, promote, or represent My Guardian Link as:
Any description of My Guardian Link must be accurate and consistent with the My Guardian Link Terms of Use, Coverage and Emergency Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and other applicable legal terms.
I agree that the group and its users may only use My Guardian Link for legitimate, good-faith urgent, protective, communication, notification, reporting, roadside, or related purposes.
I agree not to encourage, permit, or ignore misuse, including false activations, prank activations, malicious reports, harassment, stalking, surveillance, coercive control, unauthorized tracking, fraudulent use, or improper emergency claims.
If the group is a sponsor-paid group, I understand that the sponsor or group owner may be responsible for payment, billing, roster management, user invitations, onboarding coordination, and membership administration according to the applicable plan terms.
If the group is a referral group, I understand that users may be responsible for their own payment and that referral compensation, if any, is subject to the applicable referral or influencer terms.
I understand that group administration may involve access to certain user, roster, contact, billing, participation, or activation-related information.
I agree to protect such information, use it only for authorized group administration purposes, and not disclose, misuse, sell, share, or distribute it except as permitted by My Guardian Link terms or applicable law.
I understand that My Guardian Link may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate a group, administrator, user, or account if there is suspected misuse, unauthorized use, false reporting, improper consent, payment failure, legal risk, security risk, or violation of My Guardian Link terms.
I acknowledge that this Sponsor / Group Admin Acknowledgment is incorporated into and governed by the applicable My Guardian Link legal terms, including the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, SMS/Calling Terms, Subscription Terms, Coverage and Emergency Disclaimer, and any applicable group, sponsor, referral, enterprise, or master services agreement.

Access your dashboard on the My Guardian Link desktop website and, under Organization, create a Referral Group.
A referral group is for anyone who influences a prospective user to join My Guardian Link — including radio stations, nonprofits, philanthropic groups, veteran organizations, community groups, and other audience-based partners.
Start as a current user, even on the free plan.
Upload a targeted list for higher referral compensation, or leave it blank.
Promote your group to your audience, members, listeners, or community.
Compensation is paid while memberships remain active.
Examples may include veterans groups, battered women's groups, nonprofits, and other mission-driven organizations. Approval is determined by My Guardian Link support.

Compensation is recurring and paid monthly on active memberships only. If a user cancels, compensation stops. Special pricing and discounts must be approved and determined by the My Guardian Link support team.
